Ordering Orders for products displayed at www.tawnywood.co.uk can be taken via the website or by phoning us on 01834 812614. When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order with us. This e-mail will give details of the goods you have ordered; however, this is an automatic confirmation of your order and does not guarantee that we shall be able to meet your order. Order Fulfilment At present, Tawny Wood standard delivery service is to addresses within the United Kingdom. However, we welcome enquiries from overseas customers and are always happy to obtain shipping quotes. All products from Tawny Wood are usually delivered within 7 working days. Delivery times for individual products may vary - where they normally exceed 7 working days, the delivery time for each item will be clearly shown on the relevant product description page. If we cannot deliver your order within the specified period, we shall make every effort to contact you and inform you of the expected delivery time for your order. If we cannot agree a delivery time with you, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund for it. Delivery Schedule Our orders are normally delivered within 7 working days. On rare occasions, if an item is out of stock there may be a delay of up to 28 days. If this were the case we would endeavour to advise you. Back Orders If we do not have an item you require in stock, we will back order it for you and e-mail you, with the option to cancel if you prefer not to wait. Complaints We endeavour to make shopping with us an easy and hassle free experience. In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with our company, products or the service we have offered, please tell us. We take complaints very seriously and we will do all we can to sort the problem out. Returns You may Return any Delivered Products you have purchased within 7 working days of Delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing via email or post within 7 working days of Delivery. If You are Returning a Product for any reason, except damage or manufacturer defect the cost for returning the product shall rest with you the customer. In the case of damaged goods, we can only accept responsibility if the customer has inspected the delivery for obvious damage before signing for it. In particular, slides and wooden packs can occasionally become damaged in transit no matter how well protected and cushioned they are, Such damage is easily visible upon delivery, and should be noted on the delivery note. The customers signature effectively accepts delivery as received in good order. We cannot accept responsibility for obvious damaged goods unless the customer notes this damage on the couriers delivery note. Products must be Returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the Return Products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. Products Returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the Refund will be made in £GBP at the current exchange rate.
